What You'll Do
- Own the portfolio strategy, performance, and lifecycle management for assigned professional education products, with clear accountability for revenue and growth.
- Identify and prioritize new product, bundle, pricing, and Membership opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, and financial impact.
- Manage the full product lifecycle - from concept and business case through launch, optimization, and retirement.
- Analyze portfolio performance using KPI's such revenue, enrollments, utilization, renewals, and margin to inform decisions.
- Partner closely with curriculum and compliance teams to ensure offerings meet professional standards, licensure requirements, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to support product positioning, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and the business, incorporating feedback and insights into the portfolio decisions.
- Present portfolio insights, recommendations, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years in product management, portfolio management, sales, product marketing management or strategy roles
- Experience in professional and/or higher education technology, training, credentialing, or regulated markets required
- Proven success managing revenue-generating products or portfolios
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Experience with LMS platforms, digital education products, or subscription models
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
