Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Portfolio Marketing Leader to spearhead the marketing efforts for our Lending Verification Services product portfolio. This critical role will drive significant revenue growth across key industries including Mortgage, Housing, Auto, Consumer Finance, Credit Card, and Debt Management. You will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy, supporting high-impact campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.

As the Portfolio Marketing Leader, you will be the driving force behind our Lending portfolio's market success. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, lead new product launches, and serve as a trusted advisor to sales and product leadership. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Leadership & Execution: Lead the development of product marketing strategy by continuously monitoring Lending verticals and applying industry insights to inform key decisions. Architect and lead the development of comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that directly support and accelerate revenue growth for Equifax's Lending portfolio. Drive strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, sales, product, and cross-functional teams, acting as a key advocate for Lending business priorities.

  • Executive Communication: Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and results to executive leadership, incorporating feedback and ensuring strategic alignment.

  • Integrated Campaign Development: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Experience teams (including Customer Experience & Insights, Growth Marketing, Content, and Communications) to design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the NPI process for the Lending portfolio, ensuring seamless, timely, and effective launches with clear value propositions and compelling messaging. Act as the Lending portfolio expert, sharing knowledge of products, features, and customer value throughout the organization.

  • Sales Enablement: Develop and support product sales enablement activities, equipping the sales team with the tools and resources needed to succeed.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Partner with Customer Experience & Insights to support in-depth market research, battlecards, persona development, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Performance Optimization: Employ a data-driven approach by developing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Partner with Performance Optimization to analyze campaign data, extract insights, and continuously refine strategies to optimize campaigns and maximize marketing-sourced and influenced revenue.

  • Resource Management: Critically evaluate marketing requests, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in a complex, competitive landscape.

  • Proven experience as a team leader with direct and indirect authority, demonstrating the ability to motivate and guide teams.

  • Deep understanding of Marketing Planning, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and both traditional and digital marketing tactics.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
