INIT Capital, Flow Traders’ ECM business, is looking for a Portfolio Manager to build out and manage the ECM business in the US/Americas.
What you will do
- Build out and manage the ECM business in the US/Americas for INIT Capital within the global ECM strategy
- Building and maintaining relationships with syndicate banks and other relevant market participants
- Getting access to and managing ECM deal flow
- Gathering and analyzing deal information and making decisions on subscription, size, holding period, aftermarket trading, hedging, etc. within the predefined mandate and risk parameters
- Engaging with corporates, conducting fundamental analysis and providing feedback
What you need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior sell-side experience in ECM and/or on the buy-side
- Strong relationships with relevant ECM syndicate desks
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
- Advanced understanding of accounting/financial statements and valuation
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail

Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution.
Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $175,000 to $250,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
