As the Portfolio Manager, Mask Platforms, you will lead sourcing strategy, supplier engagement, and portfolio management to enable resilient supply networks that support both new product introductions (NPI) and lifecycle products. Working at the intersection of suppliers, product development, operations, and global sourcing, you’ll drive supplier innovation, value creation, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with ResMed’s product roadmap and global growth objectives.

• Lead sourcing strategy, supplier engagement, and contract management to support product development and lifecycle engineering.

• Manage a portfolio of projects, balancing cost, quality, and time-to-market requirements.

• Drive supplier innovation, value optimization, and risk mitigation to maximize commercial leverage.

• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Operations, and global sourcing teams.

• Align supplier capacity and scalability with ResMed’s product roadmap and global growth objectives.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence sourcing priorities and align decisions to company strategy.

• Foster a culture of business excellence, continuous improvement, and global collaboration.

Let’s Talk About Qualifications & Experience:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain leadership.

• Proven track record of portfolio management across complex product lines, balancing cost, quality, and speed to market.

• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier engagement, including contract negotiations and supplier performance management.

• Demonstrated ability to drive lifecycle engineering and value optimization through commercial leverage and supplier innovation.

• Skilled in agile execution and delivery at scale, ensuring alignment with NPI and lifecycle product needs.

• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and digital tools to inform sourcing strategies and business outcomes.

• Full people-leadership experience, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

Preferred

• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, PMP, Six Sigma).

• Global sourcing experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or high-tech manufacturing).

• Experience driving supplier innovation, digital transformation, and risk management initiatives.
