Job Description:
This position is open to be based in Copenhagen or Helsinki.
As Nordic Portfolio Manager for Bitesize, Seasonals & Gifting and Fruity confections, you will be leading and driving the cluster brand growth and portfolio strategy for Bitesize, Seasonals & Gifting and Fruity Confections in line with Regional cell strategy and priorities and fueled by local customer, consumer and shopper insights
Inspire and engage key stakeholders both internally and externally in these plans through simple narratives to drive excellence in execution.
What are we looking for?
- Calibre degree in Business Economics, Marketing, or another related discipline
- Min. 2 years of Marketing or Category experience
- English professional proficiency required and fluency in minimum one Nordic language a plus
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Advanced usage of Excel and Power point
- Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to create a narrative from analysis/insights
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead and deliver the Cluster cell/brand growth strategy in line with Regional cell strategy and priorities and fueled by local customer, consumer and shopper insights
- Collaborate with Regional cell team and provide inputs to ensure fit for purpose growth platforms
- Lead portfolio strategy deployment and tailor plans to market specific needs
- Create and drive opportunities of brand scale and efficiency across the Cluster
- Manage innovation through S&OP+ stage & gate process incl. post launch review
- Prepare New Product Development (NPD) selling story
- Co-owner of PPA (price-pack-architecture) analysis and execution
- Sparring and coordination with Media Manager on Media activities
