The Portfolio Management Analyst will play a key role in supporting private credit investment activities for Constellation Investments. This role is responsible for analyzing credit trends, assessing risk, and contributing to data-driven investment decisions.

- Manage the ongoing performance and monitoring of private credit investments, ensuring timely identification of trends and risks.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and promptly escalate underperforming assets to senior leadership.
- Analyze financial statements, industry dynamics, and company performance to evaluate overall credit health.
- Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses, to support investment decisions.
- Prepare and present periodic reports and detailed portfolio reviews for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor covenant compliance and assess the implications of any deviations.
- Recommend risk ratings based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 0--2 years of experience in private credit or a related financial discipline, such as underwriting private credit, high-yield, or leveraged loan investments.
Preferred Skills
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis capabilities.
- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to deeply analyze and monitor investments.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to partner effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools.
