The Portfolio Management Analyst III is responsible for leading portfolio planning, governance, prioritization, execution visibility, and strategic portfolio management activities across Digital Marketing and Technology initiatives.
This role serves as a key advisor to leadership by providing portfolio insights, governance recommendations, prioritization guidance, execution transparency, and operational maturity improvements. The Analyst III drives alignment across functions, facilitates governance forums, influences decisions, and supports leadership in achieving business objectives through effective portfolio management practices.
ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Governance & Intake Management
- Lead portfolio governance and intake management activities
- Establish and maintain governance standards, controls, and operating procedures
- Facilitate governance forums and support executive decision-making
- Drive portfolio transparency, accountability, and compliance
Portfolio Planning & Prioritization
- Lead portfolio planning and prioritization efforts
- Develop strategic recommendations, trade-off analysis, and sequencing options
- Partner with leaders to align portfolio investments with business objectives
- Influence prioritization and resource allocation decisions
Reporting & Portfolio Visibility
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reviews
- Present portfolio health, performance metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership

Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a trusted partner across business and technology organizations

- Experience developing executive-level reporting, governance materials, business cases, and strategic recommendations required
- Experience supporting Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Management, Technology, Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation organizations preferred
- Experience leading portfolio governance, demand management, capacity planning, or prioritization activities preferred
- Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries preferred
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
