Innovation & launch coordinator
Lead end-to-end coordination of innovation projects across all stakeholders, ensuring on-time and in-full launches
Act as the regional point of contact for Innovations, facilitating alignment between Supply Centers, Master Data, CoE, Markets, Commercial, Finance and Marketing.
Drive structured project management discipline (timelines, milestones, risk tracking and mitigation)
Ensure clear visibility of innovation pipeline at regional level
Lifecycle & End-of-Life Management
Define and coordinate end-of-life strategies in collaboration with Supply and Markets
Coordinate depletion planning accordingly with Business priorities, to optimize inventory and avoid write-offs or obsolescence
Monitor lifecycle performance and proactively identify risks or opportunities for simplification
Portfolio Management, Performance & Reporting
Maintain a clear and accurate regional portfolio overview, ensuring full transparency across stakeholders
Drive portfolio optimization by ensuring focus on the right SKU mix and prioritization
Support S&OP and portfolio review processes with structured insights and actionable recommendations
Ensure strong governance and alignment across markets and functions
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and standardize lifecycle processes
Drive implementation of best practices across the region
Ensure efficient and scalable ways-of-working with clear roles, responsibilities and timelines
Focus on minimizing inventory impact and improving overall supply chain efficiency
Collaboration & Communication
Build strong relationships with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
Facilitate alignment forums ensuring transparency and two-way communication
Influence stakeholders to ensure adherence to timelines, processes and priorities

Skills Required
- Project management and ability to lead end-to-end innovation launches across stakeholders
- Experience with product lifecycle and end-of-life (EOL) strategy and depletion planning
- Knowledge of S&OP processes and ability to support portfolio reviews with actionable insights
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving process improvement and standardization across regional teams
- Ability to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend optimization
- Capability to influence stakeholders and ensure governance, timelines, and priorities are met
