A Brief Overview
The Portfolio Director play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, fostering communication, and identifying opportunities for business growth. They collaborate closely with sales teams to drive revenue through product promotion and identify areas for development. Additionally, they spearhead negotiations to expand product portfolio, analyze market data, and devise effective strategies for penetrating new markets. Working hand in hand with various departments, they ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies and provide support in contract enforcement.
What You Will Do
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships
- Foster strong, enduring relationships with key business clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Cultivate trust-based connections and gain in-depth understanding of client needs and priorities.
- Strategic Planning
- Formulate and execute strategic business plans tailored to address specific client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for practice development and revenue growth within client accounts.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (such as sales, marketing, and operations) and clients.
- Coordinate efforts to exceed client expectations and drive additional growth and product sales.
- Market and Product Expertise
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product knowledge at local, state, and federal levels.
- Continuously update expertise in a rapidly evolving landscape to effectively advise clients and drive sales.
- Consultative Approach
- Serve as a consultative partner to clients, offering strategic insights and solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Provide tailored recommendations to enhance product adoption and competitive advantage.
- Sales Execution
- Demonstrate expert execution of the sales process to achieve new business targets across all lines of business.
- Drive activities and measurable progress toward stated goals and quotas.

- Offer training and relevant materials to internal stakeholders to aid in the implementation and enforcement of contracts.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on developing large volume accounts.
- 3-5 years Strong understanding of the Aesthetics industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
- Aesthetics business and Med Spa consultation competency
