About the Role

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented portfolio coordinator who enables successful project and programme outcomes? The dynamic delivery team has an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Coordinator to help drive Bluecurrent’s portfolio of projects and programmes forward. 

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Support the PMO in managing the portfolio of projects and programmes, supporting the alignment with organisational strategy.  
  • Month End Reporting and Financial Analysis of Portfolio performance  
  • Maintain and update Portfolio registers, roadmaps, and dashboards to provide accurate visibility of delivery progress.  
  • Support the preparation and distribution of governance packs for senior stakeholders.  
  • Coordinate portfolio governance forums, including agenda management, action tracking, and documentation.  
  • Ensure project management methodologies, frameworks, and standards are consistently applied.  
  • Track and report on key portfolio KPIs including benefits realisation, resourcing, and financials. 
  • Raise PO’s as well as track and report on project external cost management 

What we are looking for 

As the Portfolio Coordinator, you will ideally bring 3 to 5+ years previous experience in a PMO, portfolio coordination or project support role. Your organisational and multitasking skills within a fast-paced environment will be exceptional. You will have excellent communication skills will the ability to communicate with all stakeholders at all levels.  

Additionally, you will ideally bring:  

  • Solid financial and reconciliation skills, ideally with exposure to financial reporting tools (D365 preferred). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Experience with project/portfolio management tools (such as MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira). 
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile). 
  • Experience in reporting, governance support, and financial tracking.
