Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium associations in Central New Jersey. Salary is $85,000-$90,000
Portfolio Includes:
- Three (3) days per week onsite in Old Bridge
- One (1) day per week onsite in Rahway
- Oversight of two smaller condominium communities
The successful candidate will work closely with Boards of Trustees, homeowners, vendors, and the management team to ensure each community is professionally managed and maintained.
Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of multiple condominium associations.
- Attend Board meetings and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
- Supervise vendors and ensure contract compliance.
- Prepare and monitor budgets in conjunction with the Boards.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and enforce governing documents.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Work closely with accounting, legal counsel, and contractors.
- Minimum of five (5) years of community association/property management experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of condominium association operations and governance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HOA management software is preferred.
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is a plus.

Presently Mr. Santoriello serves on the Board of Directors of Community Association Institute and was a three term Chair of the Managers Committee for New Jersey State (CAI).
