Job Description Summary
Global Occupier Services (GOS) at Cushman & Wakefield is a business unit specializing in the provision of a range of services which are specifically tailored to the requirements of globally active companies and their worldwide real estate interests.
The range of services provided by GOS varies from market to market and client by client, but is fundamentally built around consultancy, advisory, transaction management, project and development services, workplace, and integrated facilities management services.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Building and testing models to provide decision-making support to our clients on their business / real-estate strategies as well as improving the efficiency of existing models.
- Liaising with internal and external clients to develop an understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Financial Modelling – conducting all type of financial analysis (Cash Flow, P&L, NPV analysis) to support real-estate transactions (lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals & renegotiations, provisions calculations, etc.).
- Portfolio and Benchmarking analysis – understanding and presenting through dynamic dashboards a client’s portfolio performance and advise on savings opportunities.
- Building and testing models to provide decision-making support to our clients on their business / real-estate strategies as well as improving the efficiency of existing models.
About You:
- BSC or BA degree
- Strong Excel and modelling skills.
- Strong Tableau skills.
- Experience on Alteryx is a plus
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining complex models is an advantage.
