Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in

Bengaluru, with a hybrid work model. In this role, you will be responsible for the full software

development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of both

Web and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate will lead projects, mentor teams, and

collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You

will leverage your expertise in MEAN or MERN stack and relational databases to contribute to

cutting-edge software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, Code, Test, and Deploy Applications: Lead the end-to-end development of

web and mobile applications using MEAN or MERN stack technologies, ensuring robust,

efficient, and maintainable solutions.

● Technical Leadership: Take ownership of projects, lead development teams, and

provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.

● Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Work with SMEs to resolve complex technical

challenges, helping achieve business goals through technology solutions.

● DevOps and CI/CD: Use DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to

streamline the development process and enable continuous integration and deployment.

● Cloud Integration: Implement cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) for scalable and secure

application deployment.

● Database Management: Design and manage relational databases like MS SQL,

PostgreSQL, or MySQL, ensuring performance optimization and data integrity.

● Agile Development: Participate actively in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints,

estimation processes, and collaborative team efforts.

● Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new technologies and frameworks, ensuring

continuous improvement of the tech stack and personal expertise.

Qualifications:

● Experience: 4 to 6 years of comprehensive IT experience in web and mobile app

development using MEAN or MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React.js,

Node.js).

● Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of relational databases, including MS SQL,

PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

● DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices such as Git, Jenkins,

and Azure DevOps.

● Cloud Experience: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and experience in

deploying applications on cloud infrastructure.

● Agile Experience: Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies,

including estimation techniques and sprint planning.

● Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of the end-to-end software development

process, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration experience.

● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
