Responsible for overall direction of Ponca City's Energy electrical distribution system. The system consist of a customer base of 15,864. The service area consists of 98 square miles with 9 substations providing a total of 93 megawatts of load. There are 20.25 miles of 69,000 kV transmission lines along with 456 miles of distribution lines in the circuit. This system is maintained by 25 full-time employees which include 16 linemen, with 15 being journeyman, a superintendent, supervisors, an Electrical Engineer and office support staff. Minimum six years of increasing responsible experience working in an electrical utility system including three years of administration and supervisory responsibility.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in civil engineering, electrical engineering, public administration or related field. Possession of a valid driver's license.Salary is competitive based on experience and qualifications.
