Supervision and Oversight:

• Task Coordination: A leading hand coordinates daily tasks and activities, ensuring that team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.

Quality Control:

• Standards Enforcement: Ensuring that work meets quality and safety standards is a critical responsibility. They inspect completed work to verify it meets the required specifications.
• Problem Solving: Addressing any issues that arise during the work process, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding solutions to operational challenges.

Training and Mentorship:
