Find your purpose at CentraCare as a Polysomnography Tech Lead, helping patients find the answers they need to sleep better! In this lead role, you’ll work alongside both new and experienced sleep technologists in a collaborative environment.
As a Tech Lead, you will be overseen by a physician and play a key role in administering and scoring polysomnographs, MSLTs and CPAP titrations for outpatients ranging in age from 5 years to adult. For your safety, you’ll never work alone—our policy ensures team support at all times.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare patients for sleep procedures and administer tests per policy
- Score studies and maintain accurate medical and billing records
- Assist with coordination of daily patient flow and staff schedules
- Lead orientation, training and competency development for team members
- Act as a resource for new procedures and ensure staff readiness
- Manage equipment needs, repairs and supply inventory
- Participate in operational improvements and management decisions
Schedule
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Saint Cloud Sleep Center
- Days | Monday-Friday | 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
- No weekends or holidays!
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $31.88 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $31.88 - $47.83 per hour
- $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One of the following educational qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Polysomnographic Program of no less than one-year duration
- Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Neurodiagnostic Technologist
- Must be a Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card
- 2 years minimum prior experience in administering and scoring polysomnographs preferred
To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Sleep Center and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
