Policy Services Associate

We are currently searching for a Policy Services professional who is interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities 

The Policy Services Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to:  

• Carrying out all duties related to policy processing  

• Entering endorsements  

• Processing cancellations, reissues and renewals  

• Reviewing daily reports for errors  

• Preparing correspondences  

• Researching problems  

• Adding and rating new submissions  

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:   

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail  

• Solid computer skills  

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.  

• 2 years Property & Casualty insurance experience 

Education and Experience:  

• High school diploma or equivalent  

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus, but not required  

Physical Requirements:   

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  

• Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided.  The starting compensation for this position is $16.00 per hour.  Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
