What You Will Get To Do

• Support the end-to-end application and issuance process for Private Placement Life Insurance and Private Placement Variable Annuity policies

• Accurately enter, review, and maintain policy data within Lombard’s administration systems

• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the issuance lifecycle

• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and other internal teams to facilitate timely case progression

• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners, delivering responsive, high-quality service

• Proactively track case status, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders

• Contribute to process improvements and participate in ad-hoc projects as business needs evolve

• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills

• Comfort navigating systems and working with data-driven processes

• Knowledge of life insurance and annuity products preferred, but not required

• Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree, or high school degree and 2 years of related experience
