Poker Marketing Executive

A newly created opportunity to own Poker within the Affiliate function. This role brings dedicated focus to expanding Stake Poker’s footprint - leading partnerships, driving performance and turning insight into growth. It’s an individual contributor position with real impact: shaping strategy, optimising results and building something that hasn’t existed in this structure before.

Your role with us:
You’ll create, manage and optimise Poker partnerships end-to-end - from onboarding streamers and affiliates to analysing KPIs, improving performance and delivering tailored promotions. Acting as the key link between the Poker and Affiliate teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are aligned, data-driven and market-aware. Collaboration across multiple teams will be central, alongside staying close to industry trends, competitor activity and opportunities to scale Poker effectively and responsibly.

Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

• Create and oversee partnerships with relevant websites, influencers, streamers and affiliates from initial outreach through to launch, optimisation and ongoing management.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance through detailed review of KPIs and overall poker ecology, identifying opportunities to scale and improve results.
• Develop and deliver tailored promotions and communications for partners to maximise visibility, engagement and acquisition.
• Proactively suggest strategic and performance improvements to partners and the Poker team based on data insights and market trends.
• Attend industry events and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, competitor activity and partnership opportunities.

What you will bring:

• Genuine passion for Poker or solid understanding of the game.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative partnership and promotional ideas.
• Strong knowledge of the online poker landscape, including key platforms, communities and competitors.
• Solid understanding of poker ecology, reward programs, affiliate models and sponsorship structures.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel or similar data analysis tools.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to manage a high volume of partners and deals concurrently.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Knowledge of Indian games such as Rummy and Teen Patti.
• Fluency in a second language (e.g. LatAm Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Danish, Hindi, Russian, Chinese etc.).
• Understanding of Online Sportsbook and/or Casino and/or Bingo products and ecosystems.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, as well as collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira or similar platforms.
• Cryptocurrency savvy with a solid understanding of crypto payments, wallets and industry trends.
