The Role
Spotify’s Podcast team in Brazil, the largest podcast market across Latin America and a key driver of global growth in video, monetization, and creator engagement. The team works closely with regional and global stakeholders and leads several high-impact initiatives, including partner management, video adoption programs, and large-scale IRL activations.
We are looking for a Podcast Partner & Project Manager to support Spotify’s creator ecosystem in Brazil. This role combines partner support at scale, project and event management, and operational coordination, ensuring that creators receive consistent guidance while key initiatives are executed with quality and speed. This role ensures that Spotify can scale creator support, deliver high-quality events, and maintain momentum in video and monetization in its most strategic market in Latin America. Without it, partner coverage, execution quality, and growth initiatives would be at risk.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, and excited about working at the intersection of creators, content, and live experiences.
What You'll Do
- Support Creators at scale, managing relationships with approximately 400 creators through scalable education, best practices, and feature adoption.
- Coordinate 2–3 creator-facing events per quarter, including workshops, activations, and live recordings.
- Act as a project manager across podcast initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Provide partner support for Tier 2–3 creators, helping them optimize content, adopt video, and navigate Spotify for Creators tools.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Managers, Marketing, PR, Studios, and Global teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support video podcast launches and ensure creators meet content and promotional specifications.
- Maintain operational documentation, reporting, and workflows to improve team efficiency.

Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in media, digital content, partnerships, events, or project management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Comfortable working with creators and external partners.
- Interest in podcasts, video, and creator culture.
- Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally and follow through on execution.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable learning on the job.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
Where You'll Be
- This role is based in Sao Paolo
- We offer you the flexibility to work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
