Starting in Prague, Czech Republic in September 2025, rotating across 3 countries over 2-3 years with senior level exposure, this program will set you up for a successful career in P&O.

Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support global, regional, and country P&O teams in delivering key people processes (i.e., P&O operations, employee engagement, etc.)
- Contribute to cross-functional P&O projects that drive efficiency and improve business performance, employee experience, workforce capability, and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in analyzing P&O data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that help improve talent strategies, policies, and decision-making.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Recent Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Prior exposure to a business environment (i.e., project work, part-time roles, or similar professional experiences) is valued, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities or voluntary work.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Able to relocate internationally for the duration of the program (8-12 months per rotation).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-handling skills.
- Adaptable, collaborative and eager to learn, with a global mindset and ability to work across different cultures and environments.

This is a fully paid program, offering competitive compensation in line with market standards, including relocation support for international assignments. Successful participants may be considered for permanent opportunities during the program or upon completion, based on performance, location availability, and business needs.
