Job Description:
Pet Nutrition's objective is to become a digital-first organization. To support the global ambition and regional needs a senior digital lead is needed to drive Europe's Supply Chain digital agenda.
This pivotal role is at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation that defines, aligns and oversees the delivery of end-to-end Supply Chain digital strategy including Business-As-Usual and Transformational objectives.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years’ work experience in Supply Chain Digital Technologies
- 5+ years’ experience leading technical and functional teams
- Min 5 years in project management experience
- Knowledge of IT solutions and/or Supply Chain business area
- Experience in delivery of multi-year and $ multimillion projects
What will be your key responsibilities?
Leadership & Collaboration
- Define and align the Supply Chain Digital strategy with business and digital leaders.
- Drive business value by identifying challenges and opportunities, using digital solutions to address them.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support Pet Nutrition Europe’s goals.
Expertise & Innovation
- Act as the key expert for Supply Chain Digital solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative ideas from Internal and external sources.
Roadmap & Execution
- Prioritize and align the Supply Chain Digital roadmap across regional and global teams.
- Work with the PNE Digital Delivery team to ensure successful roadmap execution.
Digital Operations & Optimization
- Oversee the regional Supply Chain digital landscape, ensuring proper support and governance.
- Simplify and optimize digital solutions landscape to enhance adoption.
- Manage service escalations and lead crisis resolution for digital solutions.
