Summary:

The Office Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the functions of the office. Provides support and guidance to staff. Consults with the Practice Manager regarding methods for controlling operational costs and maintaining efficient office operations. Requires good judgment, knowledge of physician billing, and diversified insurance plans. Assumes responsibility of the Practice Manager 's role in the event of his/her absence.
Education & Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

  • Preference of two years supervisory experience.

  • Basic understanding of general office procedures and general accounting principles.

  • Solid understanding of coding and third-party requirements is necessary.

  • Supervisory skills and maturity to supervise several employees.

  • Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to the public, physician or administration.

  • Will supervise the front desk staff in Primary Care and Urgent Care Clinics.

Hours:

  • Varies depending on the need of the clinics.

  • Urgent Care: Open every day of the week from 11:00amam to 10:00pm
