What we are looking for:

Nova is looking for a one-of-a-kind PMO to establish, lead, and continuously improve the core PMO functions within a corporate environment.

As part of this role, you will support project managers and matrix resources in building effective planning routines, transparent tracking mechanisms, and strong execution practices across multiple projects and activities.

In this role, you will become an integral part of the organization, enabling better project governance, improved visibility, and stronger alignment between project plans, resources, budgets, risks, and execution priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO professional who enjoys creating structure, driving processes, working with multiple stakeholders, and helping project teams deliver with clarity, discipline, and impact.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop, deploy, and implement standardized project management methodologies, practices, and best practices across the organization.
  • Design, maintain, and improve project management templates, including project charters, status reports, change logs, risk registers, and additional planning and tracking tools.
  • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators across active projects to support effective portfolio tracking and performance measurement.
  • Maintain centralized project dashboards and provide executive leadership with clear, data-driven visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation across the project portfolio, supporting project managers with capacity planning, prioritization, and resource leveling.
  • Track project budgets and financial health by monitoring actual expenditures against approved project plans and budgets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and tool onboarding to project managers to strengthen project execution and governance discipline.
  • Maintain project knowledge repositories, including historical project data, lessons learned, and documentation that supports future planning and continuous improvement.
  • Define, update, and continuously improve planning tools and activity-tracking tools to ensure transparency, consistency, and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to drive follow-up, remove gaps, improve planning quality, and support timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO roles, project management, organizational analysis, or a similar operational planning role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, PMI, or similar frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent tools.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong ability to build executive-level presentations, project reports, and clear management dashboards.
  • Experience defining and monitoring KPIs, building status reports, and translating project data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Assertive, process-oriented, and able to drive follow-up and execution in a matrix environment.

Advantages:

Skills Required
