We are looking for a PMO Manager - Risk and Schedule Manager
CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US
You have graduated with a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Aerospace Engineering or a major scientific discipline.
You are fluent in English.
You have a proven experience in leading risk, opportunity, and scheduling management activities within a project team.
You are recognized as a team player, capable of working in close coordination with program managers and directors.
You are structured, analytical, resourceful, and possess strong organizational and planning skills.
COMPETENCIES:
You can master Schedule Construct, Resource Profiling, and Resource Management.
You know Risk Management Concepts & Techniques thoroughly.
You are able to manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate with all parties.
You are familiar with project monitoring and control activities.
You are familiar with standard management tools, such as the TAS tool.
LIFE AS A RISK AND SCHEDULE MANAGER ROLE
As a Risk and Schedule Manager role within Thales, you will:
Lead all risk, opportunity, and scheduling management activities within the project team.
Prepare, implement, and maintain the Risk Management Plan according to company and customer standards.
Conduct risk boards with the project team and stakeholders to identify, qualify, and manage project risks and opportunities.
Provide and continuously update the Risks & Opportunities Register (ROR).
Establish and maintain an integrated Project Master Schedule, incorporating work packages, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Report project risk exposure and contingency updates to the Program Manager.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to monitor and control risk and schedule aspects.
Contribute to Progress Reports and Monthly Project Reports for both Customers and Management.
