  • Backlog & Prioritization Governance - Provide oversight on backlog management and prioritization across squads, ensuring alignment with program goals, funding priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Agile Program Execution Support - Drive quarterly and sprint-level planning across distributed teams; ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple pods/squads.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting - Establish structured communication cadence (steering committees, status reports, dashboards) to track progress, communicate risks, and manage stakeholder expectations across UK and offshore teams.
  • RAID  Management - Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies; facilitate escalation management and ensure timely resolution of blockers impacting delivery.
  • Financial & Impact Analysis - Support analysis of cost, benefits, and impact of program changes, including cost of delay, prioritization trade-offs, and investment decisions.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Coordination - Ensure program execution aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements; coordinate with relevant teams to embed controls within delivery.
  • Cross-Geo Team Enablement - Drive collaboration between US stakeholders and offshore teams through structured processes, clear communication, and timezone-aware delivery planning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of PMO/Project or Program Management experience driving diverse initiatives in alignment with organizational strategic goals
  • Able to depict and explain the importance of complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; educate SBU/department(s) on business vision and plan and the impact of change.
  • Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders; strong leadership skills.
  • Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily.
  • Strong problem solver with demonstrated ability to lead a team to push the solutions and progress.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
