As the Digital transformation PMO, you have a critical role to support the strategic execution of the Scent BU’s key innovation, creation and business initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, ranging from Ops teams to Supply chain, pricing, procurement, Creative Center Managers and technical teams, as well as interaction with Senior Stakeholders (VP, SVP and Business Presidents) – providing wide exposure to the organization globally. You will be driving the Scent Digital transformation strategy execution and facilitating responsibilities management regarding business, innovation and talent programs.
The ideal candidate should have passion for fragrances, a drive to get things done and a strong curiosity/learning attitude to be successful in the role.
80%: Support the Digital Transformation Director in executing the tracks to deliver strategic ambition (Ops digital, Data Analytics and Automation and Robotics team strategic, talent strategy, sustainability initiatives).
- Support the Digital transformation organizational efficiency activities such as analysis of resources and making the right interpretations and recommendations from the analyzed data.
- Lead communication across Scent BU for perfect landing of organizational changes and strategy.
- Support with strategic material preparations and dealing with special projects directed by leadership team (innovation, talent, digital transformation, commercial processes, etc).
- Support for landing IFF Project Management systems across Digital Transformation organization.
- Drive strategic execution of talent innovation projects (Workforce Planning, Career Ladders, etc)
20%: Act as Portfolio Manager in Data analytics team: As a PMO supporting a digital team of Data Analysts manages and governs the full portfolio of analytics and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy, prioritizing work based on impact and feasibility, coordinating resources, tracking delivery, standardizing project methodologies, managing dependencies and risks, and providing transparent reporting to leadership so that data‑driven initiatives deliver measurable value.

- Governance standards, methodology and ways of working
- Reporting and communication
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or Fragrances. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry or Agronomy is a plus.
- Passion for fragrances & perfumery or working in international environment.
- Business proficiency in English, verbal and written, is a must.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Agility, flexibility, internationally oriented, pro-active, resourceful, team player.
- Excellent organizational skills. Computer knowledge and presentation skills (Proficiency in MS office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable connecting with multi-level & multi-cultural audience including Senior Management
- Drive for results, problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrates extremely high level of ethics, professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Prior exposure to digital, transformation or PMO environments.
• Background, or strong motivation to grow, within the fragrance, beauty or consumer goods industries.
