Key areas of responsibility include:
- Initiation and Handover
Coordinators assist PMs in launching new projects by reviewing initial project data and ensuring alignment with the Master Portfolio. They also support smooth transitions during handovers between PMs. - BMAF and DAF Management
Coordinators prepare billing forms for client approval and oversee the monitoring process. They ensure billing milestones are accurately tagged and updated with actual completion dates, enabling timely and precise billing. - SDA Support
To reduce the administrative burden on PMs, Coordinators help generate and distribute SDA documents for approval, streamlining the billing workflow. - CSAT Monitoring
Coordinators manage the collection of client feedback through CSAT surveys, which evaluate the performance of the DXC team and the PM. Projects scoring below the 4.2 threshold undergo a review, with additional scrutiny applied if any individual score falls to 3.0, even when the overall average meets the standard. - Lessons Learned Documentation
Coordinators ensure that insights and experiences from each project are captured and categorized (Live, Offline, or Waived) in the Lessons Learned Repository, contributing to continuous improvement. - Project Closure
Coordinators support the formal closure of projects by confirming readiness, completing closure checklists, finalizing the Project Close-out Report, and ensuring client acknowledgment of the Project Closure Notification.
