As a Cognyter you will:

·      Be a member of the Business Operations Group, driving operational efficiency, aligning strategy with execution, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. You will optimize processes, leverage data insights, and support business growth.

·      Preform data analysis & insights – Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

·      Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and profitability.

·      Lead business process optimization – Support process enhancements by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and promoting automation.

·      Work with project managers, support, finance, sales, IT and other teams to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.

·      Support the automation and digitization of operations to enhance business scalability

·      Provide Operational Support – Assist in daily business operations, ensuring smooth processes across departments.

For that mission you’ll need:

·      Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

·      3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, CSM, PMO, or similar roles within a high-tech company.

·      Proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

·      High motivation, ability to plan and establish priorities to take ownership of business process and produce results.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to draw actionable insights from data

·      Ability to collaborate and gain trust with cross organizational functions

· Ability to lead and manage various stakeholders 

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
