Our Content Engine serves as our portal into pet parents’ lives, delivering education, entertainment, and guidance whenever they need it. Our Analytics Engine uses data-driven insights to seamlessly convert pet parents into customers. And our Relationship Engine delivers unique and relevant value to them so that they choose us again and again.
The purpose of the PMO Growth, Digital and Platforms pillar is to orchestrate and enable successful delivery of the Petcare Digital Growth agenda. The deployment of a cross divisional and mutualized ecosystem is essential to leverage on the potential of end-to-end digital use cases and the successful delivery of the Petcare Digital Growth agenda. This digital at scale program will change the internal and external stakeholder journey through the adoption of a new mutualized digital operating model.
In this context the purpose of PMO Operations, Growth Digital and Platforms role is to orchestrate the integrated Digital Product delivery plan, per market and across divisions, working closely with the project streams and product teams at global level with the main target to ensure progress delivered, KPIs are met in a timely and qualitative manner, driving the Petcare Digital Growth agenda. The role will focus on the E2E deployment roadmap for the Digital Products and run the Digital Product governance forum.
The role works closely with Global Petcare teams leading the Priority Digital Products workstreams, while it also interfaces with functions such as: DT, Commercial, S&F, CA and P&O to ensure alignment, governance, budget & project plans tracking and reporting.
A strong level of project management skills is required, as well as technical knowledge / familiarity with Digital products deployment. In addition, the ability to collaborate up, down and across the Petcare organization and functional counterparts.
Key Responsibilities

Consolidate, Overview and orchestrate the integrated Digital product E2E deployment RoadMap ( from Design and Build, to Adoption of new technology).

Collaborate closely with the Project Managers and Product teams ,as well as Deployment PMO team to ensure clear and timely reporting of product plans progress within divisions, units and across divisions. Identify Risks and Interdependencies and escalate to appropriate forums.

Support PMO on governance processes for Petcare Digital Growth Program – including coordinating approvals from senior stakeholders and identifying issues and trade-offs for resolution.

Organize and drive the agenda of the Digital Product Forum, key decision making forum for Digital Products.

Support the planning and driving of regular Program meetings to ensure the alignment between the project workstreams and stakeholders across products and functions. Coordinate preparation and ensure timely submission of materials by attendees for meetings. Follow up on Key Action steps to ensure progress

Prepare updates to the 24 month Product roll-out plan, including identifying risks and trade-offs required to balance GDP capacity with market demand

Support PMO on the design and management of new internal processes for the GDP (incl. set up of new contractors, establishing new stakeholder alignment/approval processes)

Prepare and deliver onboarding of new members to the GDP – including the preparation and delivery of contextual information and facilitating their set up in product or service teams
What we are looking for?
This is an important role in the GDP organization as it ensures the orchestration of Overall Product Roadmap and the timely delivery of the plans. The role requires the ability to deal with ambiguity, balance stakeholders, be decisive and have a high drive for results.
To drive Digitalization at scale, this role requires the ability to understand technical deployment framework and product dependencies, join the dots and spot opportunities to intervene and make recommendations for the health of project deliverables.
Educational & Professional Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Tech

Master’s Degree/ MBA is preferred

5+ years of experience

Project management certifications
Knowledge & Experience

Strong project management skills with familiarity in a variety of tools and techniques ( Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira)

Experience with Digital software deployment, Agile framework and DevOps methodology is preferred

Excellent written and verbal skills as well as strong interpersonal skills

Experience building agency level PowerPoint and Excel decks

Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship with a wide constituency, including business leaders, project leaders

Strong consultative skills, problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills.

Should have a proven track record of delivering results in two or more of the following three areas: Project delivery, Program Management, Leadership exposure

Estimation and budgeting, roadmap definition, solution selection, decision making, implementation

Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple work streams in fast-paced, high-energy environment
