Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve issue management processes and ensure effective project control.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive consistent delivery of project control services and outcomes.
- Analyze, mitigate, and manage risks associated with project delivery operations to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project management documentation to support program success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement relevant initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Issue Management: Intermediate proficiency required to manage and resolve issues effectively across teams and projects.
- Delivery Operations Control: Intermediate proficiency recommended to ensure smooth delivery operations and project oversight.
- Program and Project Management: Intermediate proficiency required for managing large-scale projects and programs.
- Risk Management: Intermediate proficiency suggested to identify and mitigate risks throughout project delivery.

- Ability to navigate and influence in a globally sourced delivery model.
