The PMO Manager will build and run program management for our global team. You'll be the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and GTM — turning roadmap commitments into shipped releases, on time, without the chaos. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who has run a PMO or technical program management function inside a fast-moving hi-tech company, and wants to build the function here from the ground up.

Location & Travel

Hybrid — Caesarea or Ramat Gan, Israel, with up to two work-from-home days per week.

Candidates based in the Ramat Gan office will be expected to travel to the Caesarea office once per week. A public transportation allowance will be provided for train travel; this role does not include a company vehicle or car allowance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program governance — planning, tracking, and reporting across every active initiative

• Cross-team dependency planning with Engineering and Product

• Own the full customer onboarding process, from deal signature all the way to go live.

• Build and maintain the dashboards and status reporting leadership actually uses to make decisions

• Identify risks and blockers early, and drive them to resolution — not just flag them

• Facilitate the cross-functional rhythm between our Israel R&D team and US-based Product/GTM teams, including managing timezone overlap and handoffs

• Own the PMO's tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) and simplify them as the team scales

• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Must Have

• 5+ years of program/project management experience inside a hi-tech company (software, SaaS, or a hardware-software product org)

• Experience at a Series A/B startup or another small, fast-moving team

• Fluent English and Hebrew, and comfortable running syncs across US and Israel time zones

• Deep, hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and PM tooling (Jira, Confluence, Monday, or similar)

• A track record of owning cross-functional programs end-to-end — not just tracking tickets

• Sharp, structured communicator who can turn technical detail into a status update an exec will actually read

• Successful track record in building processes with internal and external customers and stakeholders

Nice To Have

• Experience in video, security, IoT, or AI/computer vision products

• PMP certification

• Background as an engineer, QA, or product person before moving into program management
