Ketjen Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Albemarle Corporation, is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager. The position will be based out of the Pasadena, TX site.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic PMO (Project Management Office) Lead to join our Delivery Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project management function within the Delivery Service department, focused on highly complex projects in our Clean Fuels Technology businessThe candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of delivery service processes and best practices. Additionally, the PMO Lead will manage a team of Sr. CSRs, providing guidance, support, and performance management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Delivery Services department. 

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery. 

  • Manage a team of Senior CSRs, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development. 

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of identified projects. 

  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices. 

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. 

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. 

  • Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management. 

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Senior CSRs and project teams. 

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and Delivery Services department. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred. 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with an expertise in customer and delivery services. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading project management teams. 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools preferred.
