PMO Intern

Role Overview

Legend Biotech is seeking 2 PMO Interns as part of the Site Project Management Office team based in Raritan, NJ for our 2025 Summer Internship Program, which will run from June 9th, 2025, to August 15th, 2025. Interns will be introduced to the key activities of Site PMO day to day operations. Will work closely with Head of Site PMO and team to address the critical needs such as loading of resources to various site and department projects, automation of reporting and if time allows, deploy the tool and templates to ease PMO regular operations. Great opportunity to learn the full portfolio of projects at a cutting-edge technology of CAR-T manufacturing facility and help patients by giving more hope every day. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Support PMO daily operations
• Develop/upgrade tools and templates 
• Review the overall resource availability: for base business, for site and department projects  
• Actively involve in PMO playbook development 

• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• Science or biology or data analytics background 
• Interested in project management and data analytics 
• Communication skills and attention to detail 
• Collaborative and open mindset
