JR69981 PMO COST SR. ENGINEER

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Familiar with overall OMT cost structure and budgeting process.
• Own cost metrics, be accountable to know details of cost models and communicate with strategic thinking
• Understanding business plan cycle and make sure to deliver results on time

• Continuously drive budgeting process improvement.
• Work closely with Cost technical team, central team and finance team on Cost performance review

• Able to track spending to meet budget target with data analysis skills and continuously improve to hit stretch goal

• Be the bridge between site and finance on cash cost performance result and provide directions on continuous improvement actions

• Able to lead projects to work with cross-functional teams to initial cost impact assessments and status tracking (PDCA)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing process technology

• Fab engineering and cost experience is a plus

• Excellent analytical skills and organizational competency.

• With good oral and written English communication skills.

• Time & Project Management skills 

• Highly self-motivated and disciplined working behavior with strong stress tolerance

• Fast learner with a passion for processes and multi-tasking.
