Job Summary
The CWS PMO Coordinator supports operational excellence across the Project Management Office in CWS by driving project coordination, communication support, scheduling, logistics management, documentation oversight, and workflow optimization.
* What you'll do
* Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure alignment to timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
* Track project status, risks, action items, and dependencies; compile updates for leadership.
* Maintain project plans, dashboards, tracking tools, and standardized PMO documentation.
* Support time-entry accuracy and reporting in alignment with PMO standards.
* Serve as the communication hub across project teams, business partners, and leaders.
* Draft and distribute project communications, status updates, and documentation.
* Coordinate meeting invites, agendas, logistics, and post-meeting follow-ups.
* Maintain shared PMO resources, templates, and knowledge repositories.
* Partner with PMs to drive operational discipline and process consistency.
* Support onboarding and integration of new PMO team members or contractors.
* Assist with coordinating reporting, reviews, and escalations to leadership.
* Ad hoc administrative and support tasks as needed.
* Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, Legal, Digital, and Technology partners.
* Support PMO alignment with broader organizational priorities and transformation efforts.
What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, program support, or PMO-aligned work.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools.
* High attention to detail.
