PMO Coordinator (m/f/d) Data & Deployment

The PMO Coordinator (m/f/d) will provide essential support to the SAP Program, called North Star, focusing on deployment and data. This role ensures the smooth coordination of project activities, governance, and reporting while assisting in managing risks, communications, and stakeholder engagement related to change management and testing phases.
You can perform the role remotely, with frequent travels to the German sites in Neuburg a.d. Kammel and Bellheim, later also internationally.

Your tasks

PMO Coordination & Governance:

• Support PMO processes, ensuring compliance with project methodologies and governance standards as well as project governance by maintaining project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and action trackers
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO function
• Assist in refining PMO tools, templates, and frameworks to enhance efficiency.

Deployment & Data Support:

• Maintain and update project status reports to provide visibility to key stakeholders
• Track and manage deployment activities, ensuring alignment with project milestones
• Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and documenting meetings, workshops, and deployment reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate deployment risks.
• Support communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of deployment activities and changes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for project teams, ensuring alignment with PMO best practices.
• Work closely with project managers and business leads to support project planning and execution.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams and business users during deployment phases.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field

• Solid experience in project coordination, PMO, or related roles

• Good expertise in the usage of Office 365 as PowerPoint, Planner and Excel

• First experience in ERP projects, data and or deployment experience preferred, especially for SAP 4 Hana

• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) or change management (PROSCI) is a plus.

• You have fluent communication skills in English, German or other European languages are a plus

• High degree international travel is required (25%)
