About the Role
The PMO Analyst works independently and collaboratively to enhance PMO processes. In this role, you will execute a variety of functions, providing strategic support to drive the growth of our fast-paced company. As the PMO Analyst, you will develop exceptional departmental strategies and support management and the PMO in various capacities. A-LIGN will rely on your expertise to ensure the success of our projects and initiatives.
Reports to: Senior Manager of PMOPay Classification: Full-Time, ExemptResponsibilities
- Evaluate existing project management processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across the organization.
- Regularly validate project data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Generate detailed reports on data integrity issues and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to improve data management practices.
- Utilize high critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with company objectives and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related discipline
EXPERIENCE
- 1-4 years of project management experience
- Thorough understanding of project management and tools available
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferred but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
CERTIFICATIONS
Currently possesses a CAPM, PMO, or other relevant certification preferred.
