Senior PL/SQL Developer
Location: Hyderabad - India
Full-time Position
Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior PL/SQL Developer to join our growing team. The team member will be part of innovative team to work in Fintech Domain.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of in experience with MS SQL and PLSQL / SQL
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server data modeling and T-SQL development.
- Java experience is a plus
- Experience with Oracle and SQL databases
- Proven experience in Java development, including building and maintaining applications that interact with Oracle databases using PL/SQL and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of development tools, SSMS and Visual Studio SQL Server project templates.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Experience with Azure SQL (PaaS SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of backup and disaster recovery best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Designing databases and ensuring their relational integrity and performance.
- Creating and maintaining data models and programming objects.
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing SQL queries.
- A knowledgeable on Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
- Collaborating with software developers to integrate database solutions into applications.
- Ensuring data security and integrity through regular backups and updates.
- Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
- Improving application's performances.
- Preparing documentation for data dictionaries and ERD.
- Creating database tables, structures, schemas, stored procedures, UDFs, and sequences.
- Creating queries for integration with other applications.
- Develop and execute ad hoc SQL queries to support data request from Product and Business teams.
