Job Summary
Responsible for the development, technical support, continuous improvement, and sustaining activities related to the ZOLL Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System.
Essential Functions

  • Coordinate system updates with Sr. PLM System Administrator and key business stakeholders. Liaise with 3rd party contractors and internal IT members as required.

  • Trouble shoot technical software issues in real time with Sr. PLM System Administrator working directly with IT technical team as needed to ensure an improved business solution.

  • Develop a detailed knowledge of data structures to assist with requested reporting needs or data questions.

  • Maintain and document changes to Approval Matrix working with Department Managers and ZOLL’s Quality Management System.

  • Research opportunities to maintain best in class Product Lifecycle Management platform.

  • Prepare test scripts with Sr. PLM System Administrator, perform system testing, and write up validation documentation.

  • Provide desktop support to the geographically diverse user community as required, resolving client issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain Service Ticket log, working to resolve and close assigned Service tickets.

  • Assign User Licenses as required, and maintain License log and License Pool User counts.

  • Assist with PLM Change Control Training for New Hires.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent required

  • Experience with Agile PLM and/or Oracle Cloud required

  • Experience with a PLM System as an administrator and/or analyst required

  • PLM System implementation experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Oracle Business system experience preferred.

  • Project management experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of product structure, Bill of Materials (BOM's), and change management.

  • Flexibility and willingness to quickly learn new tools/methods.

  • Strong team player, ability to work with minimal instruction and supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders at all organization levels.

The annual salary for this position is:

$81,200.00 to $121,800.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
