What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Line Coordinator – Centric Software to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product lines within Centric Software, focusing on product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions. You will serve as the key liaison between cross-functional teams (such as design, production, and IT) to ensure smooth integration, deployment, and maintenance of Centric Software within our product management systems.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Centric Software or similar PLM tools, combined with strong project management skills, and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.
How You’ll Do It:
- Centric Software Management: Oversee the ongoing optimization of Centric Software for product lifecycle management (PLM) across all product lines, ensuring that the system meets the organization’s needs. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Centric Software, this is a requirement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across design, production, inventory, and IT to ensure smooth communication and integration of Centric Software into daily operations.
- Product Line Coordination: Monitor and coordinate all aspects of product line development within the Centric Software environment, including product data management, change orders, and design revisions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support for internal users of Centric Software, ensuring proper utilization of the system to enhance workflow efficiency and product data accuracy.
- Data Management: Oversee the maintenance of accurate product data, bill of materials (BOM), and other critical product information within Centric Software to ensure consistency across teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with internal stakeholders to implement system enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce time to market.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports from Centric Software to track product line performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- System Troubleshooting: Address any technical issues or challenges related to Centric Software, working closely with the IT team to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, process flows, and any customizations made to Centric Software to support future updates and troubleshooting.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Centric Software or other PLM tools, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes. Experience in fashion, retail, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Centric Software or similar PLM systems. Familiarity with ERP, MRP systems, and integration with Centric Software is a plus.
- Product Experience: Bonus! If you have experience in footwear, apparel, or accessories. Understanding of the product function goes a long way when building out and maintaining the system.
- Attention to Detail and Information Accuracy
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience with reporting tools and dashboards is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring that product data and system processes are accurate and aligned across teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
