What will you be doing?
- You will play critical role in design and implementation of PLM based solution on Windchill platform that handles lifecycle of our product lifecycle from inception to disposal.
- Technical Expertise: Responsible to define the technical direction for Windchill solution, ensuring the design and delivery of the solution meet business need and scalable for future growth.
- System Design: Main point of contact to develop architecture of Windchill system, including associated CAD tools, integration with other systems (like SAP, ROBAR, Prisym, Rimsys) and data migration strategies. Customization and Configuration: Act as a platform authority to resolve out of box functionality vs customization needed to meet specific business requirements.
- Implementation Strategy: Work program manager, other architects and developers to deliver Windchill solution aligned to business roadmap following agile practices. Collaborator Collaboration: Work closely with multi-functional teams to gain business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and document technical specifications for both functional and technical component. User support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support to users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Windchill.
- Effective collaborator communication and management, ensuring alignment and happiness. Timely delivery of project breakthroughs and final work within budget.
What will you need to be successful?
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
- Certification/Licenses: Windchill license desirable, SAFe, Agile CSM (desired).
- Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.
- Experience: Minimum 5+years of Experience in R&D/PLM workspace experience.
- Experience in Experience with cloud-based methodologies and toolsets.
- Proficiency in AGILE project methodology and practice. Knowledge of industry standard methodologies and emerging trends in PLM.
- Lead, coach and empower project team members on a proactive basis. Perform Risk assessment & Issues management. Ensure defined quality standards are met. Ensure timely and effective communication and reporting to team members and collaborators.
- Track activities and project progress. Lead external specialists and supervise sub-contractors’ services, project scope. Handle project budget and forecast. Support the organization on Continuous Improvement opportunities and standard process's development.
- Proficient in building collaborative teams, maintain calm and focus under pressure and instil that ability in others, and be effective communicators.
