ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$62,000 - $68,000
JOB SUMMARY
As a PLC Engineer, you will be responsible for: providing setup and operation support for all automated manufacturing systems and associated equipment; programming PLCs; completing basic repair and maintenance on electrical equipment; using robotics knowledge to ensure proper programming and function, and working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering required
- Basic robotics knowledge required
- The ability to read and interpret electrical, instrument, and control diagrams required
- A minimum of one year of professional experience is required; for this role, co-ops and internships will be considered as professional experience
- Previous experience with PLC programming required
- Experience in electronic repair and maintenance is a plus
