職務内容 /Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
・PlayStation C/C++標準ライブラリの開発・保守を行うチームのマネジメント
・セキュリティ関連ライブラリの開発・保守を行うチームの立ち上げおよびマネジメント (暗号ライブラリそのものを開発するのではなく、既存のライブラリを PlayStation 開発環境に向けてビルド・保守する)
・US/UK の Toolchain team の東京ブランチのチームの立ち上げおよびマネジメント
・C もしくは C++ を利用した組み込みソフトウェアの開発経験
・OSに関する一般的な知識
・開発チームのマネージメント経験
・組み込み開発の経験５年以上
・開発チームのマネージメント経験 3年以上
・自チーム以外にも海外を含む多くのチームで開発を行うため、コミュニケーション能力の高い方
・日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上を必須とします。
・英語によるコミュニケーションが必要です（メール、電話会議、海外出張）
・海外メンバとやり取りすることが多いので、英語の読み書きや英語によるコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと。流ちょうに話せる必要はありません。意欲を尊重します。
