■職務内容

PlayStationプラットフォームにおけるシステムソフトウェア、ミドルウェア、SDKならびにモバイルアプリやWebアプリに関連する品質保証活動及び自動化開発を担っていただきます。これまでのキャリア、スキルセットに応じ、下記のいずれかの領域を担当いただくことを想定しています。

①自動化フレームワークの新規機能開発

アジャイルで開発・リリースを行っていくための自動化フレームワークの新規機能開発

②QAプロジェクトリーダー(システムソフトウェア領域またはゲームタイトル検証領域)

テスト戦略の立案、計画、設計、実行管理を行うQAプロジェクトリーダー業務

③テスト自動化リーダー

テスト自動化の戦略立案からAI活用を含む技術開発及び自動化運用チームのリードを行う自動化リーダー業務

④ゲームSDK QAプロジェクトリーダー

ソフトウェア開発、自動テスト環境の開発・運用、テスト実施等をマネジメントするテクニカルリーダー業務

各々の領域で海外拠点のエンジニアと連携し、グローバルな戦略を協議する機会があります。

特徴：

・PlayStationプラットフォームの製品/サービス全般のソフトウェア品質保証を担い、新しい技術やプロダクトに触れる機会が多い部署です。PlayStationプラットフォームでは大規模にシステムソフトウェア、コンポーネント、ネットワークソフトウェアなどが複雑に絡み合うため、PS5コンソールを中心として、システムソフトウェア、PSN、周辺機器の動作検証などend to endでソフトウェアに関わっています。

・グローバルの開発拠点を横断し、共通フレーム・共通品質の実現を支援します。

・海外QAチームと連携し、グローバルなQA戦略を策定・推進します。

・開発・検証の現場における工数削減、品質向上、リードタイム短縮を実現します。

業務内容：

・上記組織での、ソフトウェア開発業務または、品質に関わるプロジェクト管理業務をお任せします。

■求められるスキル・技術領域

【必須（MUST）】

・ソフトウェア開発業務の実務経験3年以上

【歓迎（WANT）】

下記のいずれかのプログラム言語での開発経験

　・JavaScriptやTypeScriptの開発経験

　・C/C++での開発経験

　・Pythonでの開発経験

・多くのライブラリ（OSSなど）の依存管理を必要とするソフトウェアの開発経験

・システムソフトウェア/アプリケーションの実装経験

・スレッドプログラミングでの開発経験

・テスト自動化フレームワーク（Appium・Selenium など）の知識や利用経験

・データ分析、機械学習、AIの知識や利用経験

・Jenkins等のCIツールやDockerの知識や利用経験

・アジャイルプロセスでの開発経験

・プロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトリーダーの実務経験

・ソフトウェア開発/ソフトウェアテストに関する体系的な知識

【求める人物像】

・海外エンジニアと英語でコミュニケーションできる方

・何事にも積極的に取り組み、責任をもって実行できる方

・論理的・客観的に自分の考えを説明できる方・既存にとらわれず、新しいやり方・考え方にチャレンジできるマインドセット

【語学力（英語）】

・TOEIC 650以上が目安

・英語によるコミュニケーションに意欲的に取り組める方（メール、電話会議、海外出張）

・英語で記述された技術資料の読解が可能な方

【語学力（日本語）】

普段の業務は日本語のため、日本語によるコミュニケーションスキルが必須

日本語能力試験N1または同等以上のスキルを有していること
