業務概要
PCテストスペシャリストは、ファンクショナル・テストチームに重点を置き、ネットワーク、パフォーマンス、互換性の運用をサポートしながら、PCテストのプロセスと手順のテスト設計、改善、実装を担当します。機能テスト、コンプライアンステスト、テストおよびツールのエンジニアリング、ネットワーク、互換性、パフォーマンス・ラボの担当者と連携して、一貫性があり反復可能なプロセスが確実に実施、維持、測定されるように保守します。PCプラットフォーム(ハードウェアとソフトウェア)の要件に関する深い知識を持ち、テスト チーム間で積極的に知識を共有して、高品質のPCタイトルの開発をサポートします。
- マルチプラッフォームタイトル開発に適用されるPCオペレーティング・システムのインタラクション、PCクライアントの機能、およびパフォーマンス・テストに関する専門知識を提供し、スタッフを教育する。
- 主題の専門知識の継続的な学習と開発。PC OSおよびハードウェア・テストのベストプラクティスに関してテストスタッフにトレーニングとガイダンスを提供する。
- スタジオおよびビジネスのリーダーシップと直接やり取りして、戦略、リスク、製品の影響を伝える。
- テストのプロセス、ツール、手順を通知するために、スタジオの要件と期待を収集する。
- PCソフトウェアのテストをサポートするためのサービス戦略を定義する。
- 製品全体にわたって一貫したサービスの理解と品質を確保するための機能テストスタッフのトレーニングと育成。
- 製品の欠陥とパフォーマンスメトリックを調査して文書化する。
- 中級から上級のネットワーク原理とPC、ゲーム/機能要素に関する知識を適用する。
- PlayStation Studiosの品質保証部門内の複数の部門横断的なチームと連携し、テスト作業に協力する。
- ファンクショナルテストチーム、エンジニアリンググループ、その他のサービスプロバイダーを含むプロジェクト分野全体で新しいテスト戦略を推進する。
- これらのPCベストプラクティスを現在および将来のリスク軽減ワークフローとパイプラインに統合する。
- テストスタッフのPC操作をサポートするソフトウェアライブラリ(GPU ドライバーなど)を維持する。
応募資格
- QAオペレーションの経験が最低1年。
- PCゲームのテスト、リリース、発売後の経験。さまざまなパブリッシャー、プラット・・フォーム、ハードウェア/ソフトウェアプロファイルにわたるタイトルのサポートとリリース。Steam、EPIC、Windows、Linux、iOS、Steam Deck、VRなど。
- PCグラフィックスのハードウェアとソフトウェアに関する理解。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、組織力、対人関係能力。
- QAとゲーム業界に関する優れた知識が望ましい。
- PCゲーム用ハードウェアと関連テクノロジーに関する専門レベルの理解。
- 強力なPC構築経験。
- 現在のGPUテクノロジーのトレンドとアプリケーションに関する確かな理解。
- 強力な分析力と問題解決能力。
- プロセス改善/サービス管理の実績のある経験。
- 英語スキル

週に３日は出社して頂く予定です。
