- 複数のプロジェクトでのPM/PL/TPM/PMO 経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントの体系的な理解を持っている、あるいは素養がありこれから学びたいと考えている方
- ビジネス英語リスニング、スピーキング能力
- 規模(50人規模)以上のプロジェクトを率いた経験
- 半導体開発 or LSIを用いた製品開発に関する知識・経験
- JIRA、Confluence等、ITツールの管理・利用経験がある方
- 情熱をもって、チーム一丸で開発を行うことに興味のある方
- 目標に対して達成までの道筋を自身で計画し、提案・実行できる方
- 将来的にリーダーとしてメンバーを積極的に導く力のある方
- 課題に対して、論理的な思考およびアプローチを行い、解決に導ける方
