- チャットやメールを通じて、パスワードリセットを含むがこれに限定されないプレイヤーの問題に対応し、サポートする。
- 勤務時間：10:00～19:00
Requirements
- 日本語のネイティブレベルの読解力およびライティングスキル。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力。
- 翻訳および/またはローカライゼーションの経験があることが望ましい。
- ビデオゲーム業界への情熱。
- 強い論理的思考力。
- カスタマーサービス（あれば尚可）および/またはビデオゲーム、旅行サポート、ヘルプデスク、技術サポーの経験（メールコンタクトセンター環境での）。
- メールやチャットを通じて優れたカスタマーサービスを提供できること。
- ゲーマーの視点からゲームを理解できること。
- ガイドライン内で正確かつ迅速に情報を分析し、解決する能力。
- チームプレイヤーの精神を持つ。
