This pivotal position will steer our Player Props team, ensuring operational excellence, innovative market offerings, and strategic alignment with our trading operations. As a Team Lead, your leadership will not only shape the success of our player props offerings but also foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth within the team.
What you'll do as a Player Props Team Lead
- Guide and mentor the Player Props Trading team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to contribute in developing and implementing strategies for our player prop offerings.
- Ensure the smooth operation of trading activities, maintaining the availability and competitiveness of our markets.
- Lead initiatives to explore new tooling and methods that can improve our trading operations.
- Regularly review operational processes and your team's performance to identify areas for optimization.
What you'll bring
- Strong leadership qualities with a mindset to improve every day.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Quick learning skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- An understanding of player prop markets across the NBA and NFL.
- A degree in a relevant field (Math, Management, Sports Management) will be considered an asset.
