Rhino Entertainment is looking for a Player Insights Analyst to join our CRM Team You will be responsible for analyzing customer data and campaign outcomes to enhance engagement at each stage of the customer journey. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will bridge the gap between commercial insights and operational CRM by designing and implementing strategies that foster business growth and operational efficiency. You will focus heavily on data analysis to make informed decisions regarding optimal offerings, campaign budgets, and player value. By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, the Casino team, and the Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will ensure our campaigns and game performances are fully optimized to meet regional and global audience needs.

What your role will look like:

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for enhancing player engagement and retention.
  • Predict, budget, monitor, and recap the impact of CRM activities to optimize campaign spend and effectiveness across various markets.
  • Build models and perform statistical analysis to make predictions and drive informed data-based decision-making.
  • Assess and drive insights to optimize player value, game play activity, and promotional offerings.
  • Collaborate with the BI and Casino teams to analyze game and provider performance across different brands and regions.
  • Identify engagement gaps and generate improvement strategies for CRM campaigns.
  • Utilize tools like SQL and Tableau to develop, automate, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct database exploration in search of hidden potential

Requirements
  • Experience in this or a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in commercial or business analysis, including building visualizations and working with complex queries or large data sets
  • Strong understanding of operational CRM, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
  • Knowledge of SQL for reporting and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies
  • Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of gamification principles and skill in applying them to boost user engagement is a plus
